Outdoor Ed Reminders

We will be heading to Pigeon Point Lighthouse next week on Wednesday, January 27th. 

Please have your child at the school by 8:15 am on Wednesday, with their luggage. We will be meeting by the school marquee at the front. Label all items that are coming with your student: luggage, sleeping bag, pillow, etc, for easy distribution. 

On Wednesday every student should have the following things in their day pack (small backpack) that they will bring on the bus with them:

-bagged lunch (all disposable)

-jacket

-water bottle

-camera

The packing list can be found, here at the Exploring New Horizons Pigeon Point website. Please read it carefully and make sure your student is prepared.

Sharks Game Order Form

Our class has been participating in the San Jose Sharks' "Reading is Cool" program. Each month the students have been filling out their reading logs and logging in hundreds and thousands of pages!

This past Friday, students brought home the following order slip for the Sharks Game on March 26th. This is not a school sponsored trip but a chance to all go to a game together for anyone who is interested. Mrs. Carrolan and myself will be attending the game with anyone who would like to attend. All students need to have a parent chaperone. You can purchase as many seats as you'd like, if you want your whole family to attend.

Please return this slip, and a check, by Tuesday, January 26th if you would like to purchase tickets.
